You agree to use our tools only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Attempting to bypass access restrictions, rate limits, or email authentication mechanisms.
• Deploying automated scrapers, bots, or script runners to mass-query or overload the infrastructure.
• Uploading or transmitting malicious code, viruses, or Trojan horses.
• Interfering with, disrupting, or damaging the performance or security of the server hosting the tools.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or that the results obtained from the usage of the tools will meet your specific business requirements.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE CREATOR, BENRIBOT, OR ASSOCIATED PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims relating to these terms or the Service shall not exceed $10.00 USD.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate, suspend, or limit your access to all or part of the Service at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We continuously refine and improve our tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the tools (including features, availability, or limitations) at any time, temporarily or permanently, without notice.

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the Service shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of your jurisdiction (or Delaware, USA if not specified), without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts of governing jurisdiction.
